Frontal tumor – Frontal scalp incision given and flap raised. Bone Flap raised with the help of drill / osteopilates bone flap raised. Dura cut open and tumor localized tumor decompression done till the brain pulsations are adequate hemostasis secured dura closed in continuous layer,
Bone flat replaced and seemed with plates and screw and scalp flat sutured in 2 layers.
